Why did I choose Scoot Boots?

Scoot Boots… the choice of professional showjumper Peder Frederickson.

Seems like a good enough reason to me!

All jokes aside, I did do my research – and they still came out top!

I had a lovely chat with Dave, the owner of Scoot Boots out in Australia. Not only is he incredibly well informed (being a trained farrier, only barefoot trimming now) but he is involved with every step of the design, manufacture and sale of the Scoot Boot. Something which is quite rare these days!

For me, Scoot Boots offered exactly what I was looking for. Something durable, boots that will take the regular stress of putting on and taking off that they will have to do. The option to have a ‘skin’ version, which can be glued on in times when I may need to compete in the ring in boots. A comprehensive sizing range & incredibly detailed and helpful guides as to how to fit! Plus, you can add a little colour and flair with the straps!
